Hello, I’m Catherine,

I have 20 years’ experience in Coaching ,Training and Personal Development gained through my career in Human Resource Management.

My own weight loss Journey began in 2022, I gained my weight darning “Covid” lockdowns, illness, boredom & retirement. I knew I’d gained a few pounds, However not going out meant not dressing up, so the weight gain didn’t really register with me until the country opened up again!! Then I knew I needed help.. I had plenty of advice from others telling me that weight loss at my age was difficult, if not impossible. But Thankfully I discovered Weighless Wonders, I’m very confident that joining has been the key to my success, with the help and support I received In class each week, we proved the ‘nay sayer’s’ wrong, Because to date I am 2st down and heading towards the next one. I feel very proud of what I have achieved, and passionate about helping others.

This might be a familiar story for a lot of people, there must be others like me out there… if your one of them why not give us a try.. It’s never too late to take action.
