I have been following Weigh-less Wonders with Coach Niamh for about 3 and a half months now and I love it. Having tried other plans before I was a little skeptical. Niamh as a Coach has given me support and motivation, helping me stay focused and giving me healthy recipes all which has helped me stay on track. I love the Members Area, wow what hasn’t it got!! I've been attending my weekly classes with weighless wonders since this new group started. I am delighted that these former WW coaches got together to form Weighless Wonders.
I've been attending Sarah's class and she is a great coach. Always encouraging everyone and providing great tips. Its not just about weight loss, its about well being and many aspects of life. Every week I attend my virtual class with the other regulars and new peoole too and although I havent met anyone in person, I honestly feel they are friends, many of us have come back to Sarah after WW disbanded. Its great to have a group that understands some of the same challenges I face. Thanks Sarah and the rest of the team.

Since weight watchers ended so abruptly this us not only a replacement but a big improvement..
I find the programme v good and Sarah has given me a lot of very helpful advice along the way..
As a regular member of Weighless Wonders , I have to say it is without a doubt a great group to be part off. I attend Virtual class, each week we will cover various topics with regard to recipes, motivation and general health and well being and enjoy a little giggle too. 😃
