Will this help lower my cholesterol levels?

Our nutrition plans are designed to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol while supporting HDL (good) cholesterol levels. Many participants see positive changes in their lipid panels.

I'm taking GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro). Can I still do this program?

Yes! We work with many clients who are on GLP-1 medications. Our program complements these medications by helping you maximize their effectiveness through proper nutrition, portion control, and lifestyle habits. We provide guidance on managing side effects, ensuring adequate nutrition intake, and building sustainable habits that will serve you long-term. We recommend discussing our program with your healthcare provider.

How is this different from other diet clubs?

The exercise component is designed to be sustainable and joint-friendly, recognizing that many women over 40 may have physical limitations or time constraints.
