1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Weighless Wonders Ltd website and any products or services purchased from Weighless Wonders Ltd, including our online virtual Zoom weight loss management classes.
1.2. The business name “Weighless Wonders Ltd” and the contact email “info@weighlesswonders.ie” are associated with the website weighlesswonders.ie.
2. Membership and Access
2.1. By purchasing a membership product, you are granted access to the members’ area of our website for the duration specified by the product. For example, a 1-week product grants 7 days of access.
2.2. Access to the members’ area begins upon successful completion of your purchase.
2.3. You agree not to share your login credentials or allow others to access the members’ area using your account.
2.4. If you purchase a 6-week block booking, the 6 weeks start from the day of purchase and end exactly 6 weeks later. This duration is fixed and will not be extended under any circumstances, including missed classes. As a complementary benefit, you will be given access to our web app, NutraVerse, for the same duration (6 weeks).
2.5. Similarly, if you purchase a 1-week membership, you will also receive 1 week of access to the NutraVerse app. The duration of this access begins on the day of purchase and cannot be extended.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1. All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.
3.2. Due to the nature of our virtual products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once access to the members’ area has been granted.
4. Use of Services
4.1. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. You must not use our website or services:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
4.3. Recording of Zoom virtual classes is strictly prohibited.
4.4. There is no fee for missed weeks on our interactive classes or phone consultations. Please inform us if you are away on holidays.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and graphics on our website are the property of Weighless Wonders Ltd or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
5.2. Meal plans, recipes, and guides provided are for your personal use only. Distribution or sharing outside of Weighless Wonders Ltd is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Weighless Wonders Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
6.2. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant membership product.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1. Weighless Wonders Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our website or services after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
8.1. Weighless Wonders Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the members’ area without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
10. Disclaimers
10.1. We are not affiliated with any weight loss company. Any advice or recommendations are those of Caraldine Nolan, a qualified Weight Loss Consultant, or our own team. All medical advice you receive supersedes our recommendations.
11. Community Guidelines
11.1. We provide an internal chat community area for our members. Any form of abuse will not be tolerated. You will be prevented from using the platform if you are found to be abusive or using the platform for advertising your own personal business interests.
