Tesco Crumpets 95kcal each x2
1 egg
Tbsp Sweetner or tsp sugar
tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Cut Crumpets in half and add baking dish
In a bowl add remaining ingredients
Pour mixture over crumpets
and add hand full of fruit fresh or frozen
Bake in Oven on 180c for 18 mins
