1. Connect with Others 🤝
Chatting with a friend over a cuppa, checking in with your mam, or having the craic at your weekly class — meaningful connections matter.
✅ Try this:
• Share a meal with family, no phones at the table
• Ring someone you haven’t talked to in a while
• Have a proper chat with a colleague over lunch
• Join a local group or class – like ours!
• Offer a neighbour a hand or a listening ear
🚫 Avoid: relying only on texts and social media – nothing beats a real conversation.
2. Be Active 🏃♀️
Moving your body, even just a brisk walk in the fresh air, can lift your mood and clear your head.

• Walk in your local park or along the coast
• Join a dance, yoga, or Pilates class

• Use active travel – walk or cycle when you can
