My weight loss journey has had many starts and stops. But it wasn’t until 2016 following a huge life event that I got real with myself and focused on losing weight.
As strongly as I believe the food we eat plays an important role in our weight loss success, I too believe that the link between mind and body are just as important. A huge part of my weight loss journey has been working on myself, breaking down the barriers that held me back and building myself up.
