I have managed to maintain my weight loss for over 15 years now. There have been plenty of ups & downs along the way, both on & off the scales, but I learnt that a consistent approach, some simple swaps & tweaks, the support of my weekly class, a healthier lifestyle mind set & most importantly remembering to be kind to myself, are not only the secrets to successful weight loss & maintenance, but also to a healthier, happier, more confident me.
