I am a certified life coach and weight loss consultant living in Glasnevin, Dublin.

Having previously worked as a weight loss consultant with Motivaton Weight Management using the Dr, Maurice Larocque method, along with specific food plans and food supplements, I realized a more holistic approach to weight loss was where my passion lay.

I had been dealing with some gut health issues which were causing fatigue, stomach issues, food cravings and problems with sleep. Eating holistically reversed these issues and it was the best decision I ever made for my overall health and mindset.

I believe our relationship with food, our bodies, and our mind, can prevent us living the lives we deserve.
