Now I want to empower women and men to feel good about themselves and pass on the skills and knowledge I have acquired.

My weight loss journey began in 2015 and I believe the help and support I received in my weekly classes was the reason I succeeded.
I learned that you can lose weight whilst still eating the food you love.
In 2018, I became a weight loss Coach to encourage and motivate others to feel confident that they too can achieve their goals.

My weight loss journey has had many starts and stops. But it wasn’t until 2016 following a huge life event that I got real with myself and focused on losing weight.
As strongly as I believe the food we eat plays an important role in our weight loss success, I too believe that the link between mind and body are just as important. A huge part of my weight loss journey has been working on myself, breaking down the barriers that held me back and building myself up. I believe that we all have it within us to transform our lives and I am looking forward to sharing this journey with you.
