1. Break the cauliflower into florets, small and medium sizes and place in a large mixing bowl and cover with the oil, tossing the cauliflower until all evenly coated.
2. Combine the flour, pepper, parika, salt, onion and turmeric powder in a separate bowl.
3. Add the flour mixture to the oily cauliflower and toss until all the flour is evenly covering the cauliflower.
4. Add the milk and toss again.
5. Blitz the bread into breadcrumbs in a blender and add the breadcrumbs to the mixture and toss again.
6. Spread them all evenly on a baking tray and bake for 20 mins at 200 degrees electric oven or gas mark 5/6. And serve hot with a side dip.
