140g porridge oats
200g fruit & nut mix lidl (walnuts, peceans, cashew and cranberry)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
25g of coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
90g of maple syrup
In a bowl add dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix coconut oil, vanilla extract & mix together.
Add both dry & wet mixture together.
Make sure the mixture is well combined.
Place grease proof paper on a tray and pour mixture onto the tray.
180°c for 25 mins turning every 8-10mins
