4. Health Disclaimer & In-App Data Accuracy

4.1. The App provides tools and information for tracking weight and food intake but does not offer medical advice.
4.2. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise regimen.
4.3 The data sources we use are external and we are not in control of their content and cannot be held liable for inaccurate information. It is your responsibility to check the nutritional values are correct before using the retrieved data.
4.4 Barcode scanned items we have access to the data providers database and we have their permission to update their data. You may report missing food items to us at info@weighlesswonders.ie and we will do our best to accommodate the entry to the system, as it makes it better for everyone to use.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Weighless Wonders Ltd or its licensors.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the App without explicit permission.

6. Termination

6.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Weighless Wonders Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
